Twenty-six years after the release of George Michael\u2019s<\/a> legendary pop song Freedom! \u201890<\/em>, in September last year, Sony Music UK and George collaborated with Instagram and Vogue to create a contemporary version of the iconic video.<\/p>\n

It featured some of today\u2019s most celebrated supermodels, including Adriana Lima, Joan Smalls, Anna Ewers, Irina Shayk, Taylor Hill and saw George Michael\u2019s work continue to be re-discovered by a new generation of fans.<\/p>\n

The video has been nominated in the Social Culture & Lifestyle video category \u2013 as voted for by the public – at the 2017 Webby Awards \u2013 an annual event that honours and recognises excellence on the internet.<\/p>\n
