Nominations for the 60th\u00a0Annual Grammy Awards have been announced, with Sony Music artists in the running and representing virtually every genre of music.<\/p>\n

SZA<\/a> received more nominations than any other female artist, with recognition in five categories: Best New Artist, Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song, Best Urban Contemporary Album and Best Rap\/Sung Performance.<\/p>\n

Khalid<\/a> also received five nominations, shortlisted for Best New Artist, Best Urban Contemporary album, Best R&B Song, Song of the Year and Music Video of the Year.<\/p>\n

Kesha<\/a> and Foo Fighters<\/a> are nominated for two awards each, while Leonard Cohen<\/a> received posthumous recognition in two categories.<\/p>\n

Calvin Harris<\/a> has been shortlisted for the prestigious Producer of the Year award, following the release of his album Funk Wav Bounces Vol.1<\/em> earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Selected from more than 22,000 submissions across 84 categories, the Grammy nominations showcase some of the most gifted music makers of the past awards year. The awards are voted on by the Recording Academy’s membership body of music makers, representing all genres and creative disciplines including artists, songwriters, producers, mixers and engineers.<\/p>\n
