Anton starts immediately and will report into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonymusic.co.uk\/dipesh-parmar-named-president-of-columbia-records-uk-with-amy-wheatley-appointed-managing-director\/\">Dipesh Parmar, President of Columbia Records<\/a>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Widely considered one of the industry\u2019s leading dance A&amp;Rs, Anton joins the Ministry of Sound team following three years at Warner Records.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anton signed breakthrough artist, LF System, who spent a record-equalling eight weeks at the top of the charts in 2022 with \u2018Afraid to Feel\u2019, and co-signed Eliza Rose, who topped the charts with \u2018B.O.T.A. (Baddest of Them All)\u2019, making her the first female DJ to claim a UK Number 1 in more than two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anton has been responsible for signing many other artists during his successful career as an A&amp;R, including Armand Van Helden, Martin Solveig, Kungs, Sigma, Duck Sauce, Philip George, M-22, and Jodie Harsh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m a huge fan of what Ministry of Sound has done over the years,\u201d Anton says. \u201cIt\u2019s an honour to come in as Head of A&amp;R, be working with the amazing team and getting stuck in on lots of exciting projects.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dipesh Parmar says: \u201cAnton lives and breathes dance music and is well respected in the scene.
