The brainchild of Ollie Olanipekun and Nadeem Perera, Flock Together aims to build community, challenge perceptions, show the benefits of nature, champion ecological protection, offer mental health support, and provide creative mentorship for the next generation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPACT AT A GLANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sony Music UK\u2019s Social Justice Fund financed an academy programme that aimed to inspire the next generation of young birders and future conservationists to look up and around.
